There is no crew onboard a Dronautic. But many men and women will have to work together to build a DronauTeam, a team managing a Dronautic Project.

The composition of a team

A team of researchers and junior engineers
Universities from all over the world are invited to work on the development of a Dronautic project. There is lots of work on the technology for building a Dronautic, communicate with it, manage on-board energy and piloting system…
A team of navigators
Driving a Dronautic on the oceans around the world will need specifically skills. Sailors and navigators (responsible of the route a board a racing yacht) have the experience to choose the best route taking account of the weather and the sea.
An industrial group
Fort both technical and financials reasons, the DronauTeams will need the assistance of industrial groups. These companies could also create a Dronautic Project inside their R&D department, as it is a place to develop communication systems with the boat as well as software, building technics etc. A Dronautic is also a way of development for the future of the sea fret… And this is another area of development for international fret companies.
A team of sponsors
The Dronauteams will need to find partners and sponsors to mount their project. The Dronautic will enter competitions that will offer media cover for their sponsors.

A DronauTeam is built around these people. You represent one of them, it is time to work on your project and make it known by the Dronautic organization.

On June 1968 1st, the Golden Globe starting line was opened. It was the first single-handed, non-stop, round the world race.
On June 2018, The Dronautic Revolution staring line will be open for the first unmanned, non-stop, round the world race.
Which Dronautic will be the first one to finish this revolution?
Will this first Dronautic come back in less than 312 days as did Sir Robin Knox-Johnston 50 years before?
